Welcome to Lux Nails x Solana! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.luxnailssolana.com (the "Site"), and our nail services (the "Services").
By accessing the Site or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or Services.
1. Services
Lux Nails x Solana offers specialized nail services, including creative polygel nails and no-chip manicures. All services are provided by a licensed and certified nail technician. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
2. Booking, Deposits, and Payments

Booking: Appointments must be booked through our official booking system, accessible via the Site.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service.

Payment: Full payment is due at the completion of your service. We accept payment via Zelle.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will forfeit your deposit and may be required to pay the full price of the missed service before booking a future appointment.
4. Late Arrival Policy
Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. Your service may be shortened, or you may be asked to reschedule.

If your service must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and you will forfeit your deposit.
5. Refunds and Service Guarantee

No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds on services rendered.

Service Adjustments: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your nails, please notify us within 3 days of your appointment. We will gladly make reasonable adjustments to the specific service you received. This does not cover a change of mind regarding color or design. Any damage to your nails after you leave the salon is your responsibility.
6. Client Health and Safety
For your safety and ours, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries you may have before your service begins.
We are unable to provide services to clients with nail fungus, open wounds on the hands or feet, or any other condition we deem to be a potential health and safety risk.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Lux Nails x Solana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: frequent cancellations, inappropriate behavior, or health and safety concerns.
8. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our Site for legitimate purposes only. You may not use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images of our nail designs, is the exclusive property of Lux Nails x Solana and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our express written permission.
